Haryana is a state of the Indian subcontinent. And similar to other Indian states, Haryana boasts of several government-run Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and privately-owned Industrial Training Centers (ITCs) as well. Both ITIs and ITCs are post-secondary schools. In India, they function under the Directorate General of Training, coming under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of the Government of India.

Though in Haryana, the skill training centers are managed by the Skill Development and Industrial Training Department of the Government of Haryana. The official website of Haryana ITIs is https://itiharyana.gov.in/en.

In India, technical training centers were started as part of the Craftsmen Scheme of the 1950s.

The youth population of the country, who are interested in getting technical training can enrol in the ITIs and ITCs. In some cases, aspirants are keen on technical training rather than pursuing conventional schooling. Hence, they apply for trade courses; also, they have a range of trade-based courses to choose from.

Aspirants have a choice in an array of engineering and non-engineering trades to select from. The trade courses are run over 1 to 2 years.

As part of the admission process in the training institutes, the aspiring candidates should apply as per the issued notifications. Subsequently, the authorities conduct counseling and other selection rounds after inviting the eligible applicants.

Haryana ITI: Admit Cards

Before conducting the selection rounds, the authorities make available the admit cards of the candidates. They are downloadable from the ITI official website of the specified state.

Only the applicants have to enter some basic details such as Roll Number and Date of Birth on the system. Then, they can check their Admit Cards on the screen. The next step is to verify if all the candidate’s details are listed correctly. In case of discrepancies, the applicant should contact the authorities for making the necessary corrections.

Also, the candidate must maintain a print copy of their cards and carry their respective identity cards to the exam halls.

Admit cards are mandatory documents that the candidates have to show before giving the exam. The examiners can, then, confirm the identity of the candidate.

Admissions to the ITIs and ITCs ensue on merit basis and the selected candidates can, then, get admission in the trade courses.

After 3rd counselling round the institute wise vacant seats will be displayed on 10th August, 2018. After this round ; seat allotment to eligible candidates will be done on merit basis at ITI level.
4th Admission to Candidates with 70% and above marks (on merit basis) 11th & 14th Aug
