Karnal town in the Indian state of Haryana houses the district headquarters of Karnal district of the state. Like the rest of India, Karnal has an Industrial Training Institute too. The Karnal ITI is, also, referred to as the Babu Mool Chand Jain Government ITI Karnal or the Karnal ITI. The Karnal ITI aims to empower aspirants by enhancing their employable skills. Further, they gain knowledge in a series of trades and, also, receive globally-recognized certifications upon completion of the trade courses. The ITI in Karnal is equipped with a range of facilities that the Haryana Government provides. The vocational training center has laboratories for conducting workshops for imparting practical knowledge. Also, the laboratories have best-quality machines where the students gain technical know-how.

Similar to the other ITIs in India, the Karnal ITI conducts courses that come under the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) and State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT). Both the NCVT and SCVT trade courses have durations ranging from 6 months up to 2 years.
Though, the different trade programs having varying eligibility norms. Depending on whether the eligibility criteria require the aspirant to be 8th Class or 10th Class or 12th Class pass, they are advised to apply upon meeting the given norms.
